Having been a GP for over 20 years and holding the Diploma in Medical Acupuncture since 2003, I bring a wealth of experience in managing a wide range of physical and emotional symptoms.
I enjoy treating the musculoskeletal conditions that most people associate with acupuncture, but am a firm believer that mind and body both contribute to many health issues and I especially enjoy helping people with problems where both play a part - such as IBS, migraine, fertility, menopause, chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia (to name but a few!) Factors such as stress, sleep, nutrition and physical activity often need to be addressed to improve overall health and, together, we can look at the whole picture.
Medical acupuncture is a safe, evidence-based type of acupuncture practised by health professionals and embodying modern scientific knowledge. Find out more here.
Many people are familiar with acupuncture as a treatment for pain, but it can offer far more than that. Scientific research is increasingly helping us to understand the wide-ranging effects acupuncture can have on the body — influencing muscles, nerves, internal organs, areas of the brain, and even the hormonal and immune systems.
These effects can be harnessed to support a surprisingly broad range of conditions, including many that people might not normally associate with acupuncture.
I work from two convenient clinics within the Oxford/Didcot/Swindon triangle, both moments from the A34 or A420 with free parking.

If you are unsure about exploring acupuncture for your symptoms, I offer a free 15 minute face to face or phone appointment so we can discuss whether it might be a good option for you. Alternatively, please drop me an email.
